Watch a video
Listen to a meditation
Do a short exercise
Share what you discover with the group in a 90-minute Zoom session
At the end of the 8 weeks you will feel a shift, and to embed this change, we will continue for a further 9 monthly 90 minute sessions.
Who am I?
I’m a Purpose and brand consultant with over 30 years marketing and 7 years Purpose coaching experience.
I worked in global and larger businesses in the UK, France and Australia for the first 16 years of my career, before launching my own business, where I have been working for the past 16 years.
I’m a husband to my loving wife Lynne, and a father to my two girls – Katie (15) and Tasha (12), and Milo the dog (3).
I am a regular meditator and Level 3 Reiki Healer.
I believe the age of consciousness is bringing a new way of thinking and being for humanity that will sweep away the old toxic male energy and usher in the age of the divine feminine blended with the divine masculine. As a father of two young women, I am greatly relieved that they will grow up in this new world order.
I am looking for 8-12 women to join the inaugural Lighten Up programme, starting in the next few months.
Your investment will be AUD $4,950 + GST if you apply by 12th October at 5pm AEDT.

The full programme consists of:
You will need to allow around 30 minutes each Monday/Tuesday to watch a video, listen to a meditation, and complete an exercise.
And then of course you will need to block out 90 minutes for our group session at the end of the week.
My current thinking is to run these sessions on Fridays from 9.30am to 11.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time, however I will discuss this with all the attendees before locking it in.
